This article explains how user levels and permissions impact your ability to use different Overgrad features. The features mentioned below are only available to Overgrad Pro customers. Please connect with an Overgrad rep if you are interested in learning more.
Definitions
- Levels: User levels refer to where the account exists. There are two options: district and high school.
- Access: User access refers to two designations: account manager and access to student data
District Users

Access to Student Data
Access to the features described above depend on the user's access to student data. Users without access to student data will not be able to access any features that include student data. Student data includes the following:
- Student profiles, academic records, and test scores
- College applications and admissions data
- Student documents, notes, and tasks
- Communication history and interactions
- Custom reports and student lists
- Course enrollment and academic planning
- Financial aid information
- Milestone assignment and completion data
