Transition Milestones support students in the "Summer After Graduation" window — the bridge between high school and whatever comes next.
Key characteristics:
- Sequenced under Summer After Graduation rather than a grade level
- Overgrad includes default Transition Milestones
- Appear in both the high school Milestones view and the Alumni Milestones view — any edit made in one view is reflected in the other, since they are the same underlying Milestones
- Follow the same configuration flow as all other Milestones (description, active dates, due date, optional or required counselor verification)
- Review Navigating and Customizing Milestones for a general overview on Milestones
To view transition Milestones, click on Communications > Milestones > Milestone Library
