What is the Final Report?

The final report is how you communicate students' graduation from high school, along with their end of year senior grades, to colleges. Nearly all postsecondary programs require confirmation that a student has received a high school diploma in order to enroll, and submitting the final report provides that official confirmation.

How do I complete and send a Final Report for a student?

You must send the School Report (typically sent with initial transcripts) prior to sending the Final Report.

First, navigate to the Documents tab of your Application Manager

We recommend using the Document Types filter to see only the final reports that have been requested:

You'll now see the status of each final report request. To complete a request, click on the ellipses:

To submit a final report for an application submitted through Common App, counselors will first need to complete the Final Report Form, which contains three parts:

1: Updates about academic performance

2: Updates about the student:

3: The final transcript

Once complete, navigate to the Applications tab to send the report. You can find more details on sending application documents here
